USO de ruedas de patinaje

I ordered 4 wheels. I tried to make sure that I was getting the right thing when ordering two pairs and the bearings would fit. I received no response so after a few days I just decided to go ahead order them. When they finally came only 2 wheels were in the box. Which made me incredibly frustrated thinking I had been incorrect and now I've spent 90 but need to spend another 90 to actually get all 4. But I checked my order again and checked the product page and realized I did order 4 but only two came. I had submit another inquiry and this time they responded and I believed shipped the other two I ordered to me. I have yet to receive them. In terms of the product I tried the two wheels in the back of my skis and they felt terrible but that may have been because they were on there with older wheels in the front. I really want to buy the softer compound so I could compare but I'm hesitant to after this experience. I don't wanna spend another 90 dollars and have to deal with all this again. I like Barnett and I've really liked my roller skis I purchased from you. If there is any chance I could get a discount or anything I would purchase another pair of the softer compound of wheels and walk away from this feeling like I had received excellent customer service.
